Huntmore Golf Club
Enjoy a round at a golf course that possesses an up-north feel closer to home with today's feature: $19 for 18 holes with a cart at Huntmore Golf Club in Brighton.
Opened in 2000 and formerly known as “The Golf Club of Michigan”, the new Huntmore Golf Club has seen many changes, all of which have greatly improved playability and course conditions. This Pat Grelak championship design — under new ownership since 2008 — sits on 376 secluded acres and features gently rolling meadows, hardwood forests, native grasses, untouched wetlands and natural lakes. Located just north of Brighton and playing 7,115 yards with a 74.8/143 rating, Huntmore Golf Club's bentgrass fairways, tees and greens are embroidered with a healthy amount of fescue and native grasses along their borders. With five sets of tees to choose from, you are sure to find something that suits your game the day of your round.
The course is not the only part of the Huntmore Golf Club that has been the subject of the many improvements here. A renovated clubhouse, outdoor patio and bonfire pit have been added to make your experience more enjoyable. And all golfers will appreciate Huntmore Golf Club's practice facility. You can check your accuracy using the target greens on the grass driving range, practice your bunker shots in the short game area and test your lag putts on the ample practice green. If you haven’t been to Huntmore lately, now is the time to find out for yourself what the Huntmore experience is all about.
