Deer Valley Golf Club was completed and opened for business in 2001, and has been offering Northern Illinois golfers an extremely player-friendly layout that provides a fair challenge with its length. This par-71 layout, designed by course architect Dave Johnson, weaves cleverly throughout a spacious residential community in order to provide ample room between fairways.

Deer Valley offers up 18 championship holes that measure out to a solid 6,415 yards from the tips with a course/slope rating of 70.7/124. With up to four different tee locations, this expertly maintained golf course caters to golfers of all abilities, from the novice to the professional. Total length comes out to as little as 5,301 yards, so there is surely something for everyone. At Deer Valley, you'll get a chance to use all of the clubs in your bag, including the new hybrid you picked up this off-season.

Aside from 18 solid holes of Sauk Valley golf, Deer Valley offers up a fully stocked pro shop that carries all the big names you demand and deserve. Whether it's a sleeve of shiny new Pro V1s, a new glove to replace that one that looks like Swiss cheese, or even a new space-age driver, Deer Valley's pro shop staff are at your disposal for all things equipment and accessories.

Lastly, be sure to utilize Deer Valley Golf Club's practice facilities for any last-minute calibration. With a driving range and a chipping/putting green, you'll have ample opportunity to make sure your day goes right.
