Trevor turned PGA professional in 1967 in Southport, England, the home of Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Then, in 1994, Trevor became one of the first golf teachers to use the Astar System. And with today's modern video analysis, the whole understanding and learning process of the golf swing is greatly accelerated. The aid of computer live imagery, graphics, and audio, has revolutionized teacher-student communication. This form of teaching allows each student to leave with not only what they learned that day, but also with the ability to re-live that lesson and focus on making practice sessions more valuable.
Trevor's dedication shows in his students, as he has a knack for drawing out their capabilities and talent, turning it into performance. In fact, Trevor's students have earned awards, including MHSAA Golf State Champion — in 2008, 2009 and 2010! Student accolades include 2012 and 2013 US Women’s Open Championship, 2013 Q-school LPGA Tour, Players on the 2013 and 2014 Symetra Tour and collegiate players on teams at Stanford University, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Loyola University, Oakland University, Western Michigan University, Central Michigan University, Lake Superior University, Adrian College, Kalamazoo College and Bradley College.
