With five sets of tees, the course accommodates all abilities, offering total yardages ranging from 4,462 to 6,509 yards.

The front nine at Blue Bear sets the stage with a variety of interesting holes. No. 1 is a straightforward par 4 with a large bunker guarding the left front side of the green, demanding precision from the start. No. 3, a long par 5 with a dogleg right and water hazards, requires an accurate drive to avoid shortcuts. No. 7, a par 3 over water, challenges players to navigate a right-side green bunker, making it one of the most memorable holes on the front nine.

The back nine continues the challenge with a mix of strategic holes. Hole 10 opens with a tough drive, protected by trees on both sides and an elevated green. No. 13, a narrow and long par 5, has a green guarded by trees, testing the accuracy of every shot. No. 17 is a par 4 that long drivers can reach in one shot, though the green is protected short-left by sand, adding an element of risk and reward.
