Here's What to Do

Find the Voucher Serial Number located at the top of the voucher, as shown below.

Type the Serial Number into the appropriate field in the form. Then, enter your provided Redemption PIN and press "Look Up Voucher."

If the voucher is available, you'll see a prompt asking you to confirm its redemption. (If you simply want to verify the status of the voucher but don't wish to redeem it right now, click "Cancel.") You may also check off other vouchers from the same group to redeem all at once.

To confirm, press "Redeem Vouchers." You'll receive a notification stating that the voucher(s) has (have) been redeemed. Any attempt to redeem a used voucher again will be unsuccessful, ensuring they may only be used once.
