If you’re looking for a great day of golf and a new venue, this is your ticket. Meticulous attention to detail, and finely manicured bentgrass fairways and greens are reason alone to make The Legacy an annual stop on your golf circuit. Throw in ProLink GPS on the electric carts, five sets of tees, a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 instructor, a phenomenal restaurant and a tiki bar overlooking the 18th green and you’ll think you’re in a private club.

Still not enough? How about a fully stocked Pro Shop, top notch golf academy, state-of-the-art swing analysis equipment, covered hitting bays and a full practice facility with bunkers and chipping/putting greens?

Playing an overall 6,840 yards from the tips for a respectable 72.7/134 rating, you can find solace in knowing you turned in an honest score. Home of the area’s only island green, the No. 8 par-3 measures a moisture-laden 155 yards from the tips. Don’t worry — the drop zone is near the edge of the green, so you can still make your bogie with relative ease if you dunk one.

Staying true to Arthur Hills’ design characteristics, the No. 5 par-4 is another great "feast-or-famine" experience. Placing an accurate drive over 210 yards of waste area leaves you an unobstructed short wedge to the green. Play short and safe off the tee and your second shot needs to clear about 70 yards of sand to stick the short side of the green.
