If your car’s engine were to make a sound, you would get it checked out right? Apply that same logic to your swing: Sign up for 60-minute private lesson with Class-A PGA Member and 2010 Michigan Golf Professional of the Year for the Michigan Section of the PGA Frank McAuliffe for just $25, an $85 value that doesn't expire until April 30, 2011. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available for your lesson, which you'll choose when you schedule your lesson.

Frank has donated much of his life the betterment of golf. In 31 years of diversified experience, Frank McAuliffe has been consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 PGA golf professionals in the state of Michigan. Some of his many career highlights include: North Central Regional Club Pro Championship (1st place) 2001; Shanty Creek Classic (1st place) 2001, 2000 and 1999; Northern Regional Club Pro Championship (4th place) 1999; TaylorMade Champions Cup (1st place) 1999; five Top-10 finishes in the Michigan Open, including 4th place in 1999 and 2nd in 1988; two Top-5 finishes in the state PGA championship in the past two years; as well as qualifying for the National Club Professional Championship a total of seven times. Frank also holds course records at Ann Arbor Country Club and Monroe Country Club, shooting total scores of 64 and 63, respectively.

OK, so we've proven that Frank has the skills to play, but you're probably wondering if he can teach. How's this answer your question: Frank has spent twenty-nine years as Head Golf Professional at Ann Arbor Country Club, sixteen years coaching Dexter High School, and finally, is a former Regional Coach of the Year. Under Frank’s direction, Dexter High School has achieved 10 Southeastern Conference Championships and earned a runner-up finish in 2008 MHSAA State Tournament. In addition, Frank has recently accepted the honor of becoming coach of both the men’s and women’s golf programs at a rising member of the NAIA, Marygrove College.

Frank keeps active in The Midnight Golf Program, a 30-week empowerment and mentoring experience that teaches life skills such as financial literacy, college preparation, community activism, and of course, golf. The mission of the program is to improve under-served young adults’ personal development, educational preparedness and appreciation of the game of the golf.

The love and passion Frank has for the sport is evident in his complete devotion to the time spent with his students. Armed with a thorough understanding of the anatomy of a golf swing, Frank works with you to make the transition from "No way," to "Did you see that?" So, leave the ego at home and bring your commitment to improve, because this is your opportunity. After all, athletes are made in the offseason.
