Just because a course is picturesque doesn’t mean that you can look at pictures alone to appreciate its immaculate condition. Starting at the heart of the course with its brand new clubhouse, which offers a photo op from the patio of Indian Springs with Indio Mountain to the Southwest and the Hexie Mountains to the Northeast.
Indian Springs is a player-friendly par-72 layout measuring 6,771 yards from the tips with a course/slope rating of 72/127. In addition to this the course boasts tournament grade greens that are consistently a perfect ten, and manicured to the highest standard of play. Unlike some championship style golf courses, Indian Springs offers up 4 different tees for players of all abilities, aside from having a design that will let you pick and choose your shots.
You’ll get off to a good start with the par 4 No. 1, where you can opt to run at the green with your approach shot but running the risk of a lake to the right and bunkers to the left. You’ll find Indian Springs’ signature hole quickly in the par 4 No. 2 followed with the nearly 10 of the remaining 16 holes featuring water and challenging bunker placement.
Make a point to swing into the Club House Grille after your round to tally up the day’s scores with a Pint or a Pinot Grigio. Aside from a solid drink selection, the Club House Grille offers up everything from Chile, PB & J for the little guys, and their signature Drunken Shrimp Pasta.
