Rush Lake Hills Golf Club is an 18-hole, regulation-length course featuring all of the hallmarks Michigan golf has to offer. Beautifully matured oak trees and a variety of wildlife populate the course, reminding golfers why mid-Michigan is such a picture-perfect location for the best courses in the state.

Established in 1961, the Jim Montville design features a long, wide-open feel on the front nine, transitioning to a shorter, rolling back nine. Revisions to RLHGC in the mid-1990s introduced two new holes and added a number of fresh challenges to the existing course. A combination of healthy bentgrass and bluegrass on the greens and fairways make it easy for golfers to sink their ball in the cup, provided they haven’t lost their game over the hard winter months.

RLHGC plays to a par 73 with a 69.8 rating and a slope of 124. Minimal hazards accommodate players of every skill level, giving all a shot at par. Regardless of your handicap, every golfer can appreciate the picturesque views all the way through this course in Pinckney. With sparkling water and rolling hills as far as the eye can see, there isn’t much mystery behind why Rush Lake Hills is one of the favorites among golfers from all over the Mitten.
