Dan Sutton, Professional Instructor
Greater Toledo, it’s time for you to correct that grip, straighten out that arm and stop questioning your position at address every time you watch the professionals tee it up on television. Let a veteran golf instructor guide you toward an intimate understanding of your own golf swing with today's feature: $25 for One 60-Minute Private Lesson with Instructor Dan Sutton at Spuyten Duyval Golf Course near Toledo ($60 Value. Expires May 31, 2012.)
Aside from being an active teaching professional, Dan Sutton is also the Director of Golf at Spuyten Duyval Golf Club as well as Cottonwood Creek Golf Center in Sylvania, just west of Toledo. Cottonwood Creek Golf Center boasts itself as one of the finest nine-hole executive courses around and provides golfers with a full-service range with large grass tees, sheltered hitting areas, putting/chipping greens, and a pro shop to boot.
Dan turned professional in 1997, a year in which he began a position as Head Golf Professional at Firecreek Golf Club for two years. After his stretch at Firecreek, Dan went on to work as the Head Professional at Eagle’s Landing Golf Club.
With Dan, you’ll address all of the key fundamentals of an effective golf swing, from the way you’ll address the ball to your back swing, grip and everything in between. It’s well known throughout the golf world that minor tweaks can result in major results — the problem lies in the fact that many golfers don’t consistently keep those changes to their game and the results disappear.
This is far from Dan’s first rodeo; it won’t take but minutes before you’re on your way to creating a more sustainable and fundamentally sound golf swing. Sure, that new R-11 driver offers up promises of game improvement, but your equipment is only as good as your swing allows it to be — and your swing is only as sound as your worst flaw. Take this opportunity to let Dan Sutton give your game the love and attention it deserves.
