Quail Heights has three separate nine-hole layouts, each with their own name that describes in one word what challenges lay ahead. "Creeks" lives up to its name with water coming into play on over 75 percent of its nine holes. "Dunes" features challenges of the dryer variety and is the newest addition to Quail Heights since its opening in 1996. "Ponds" — surely, you can guess by now — features water on nearly every hole, making it a true example of classic Florida golf.
All three layouts are par-36, making for a standard par-72 round of 18. Creeks is the shorter side, measuring just 3,330 yards from the back tees, down to 2,857 yards from the front. Dunes is the longest layout, measuring in at 3,412 yards and down to 2,920 yards, and finally, Ponds sits in the middle with 3,392 yards.
