Richard owned and operated Richard Metz Golf in mid-town Manhattan in New York City. Author of the highly acclaimed "The Graduated Swing Method," a unique way to analyze the key segments of a golf swing. This book was recognized by the Professional Golfers Association of America.
Richard served as golf advisor and double for George Segal in the Academy Award-winning movie for Best Picture, "A Touch of Class." In addition with his film advisement role, Richard has also been sought out by many celebrities for his knowledgeable instruction, including his famous pupil, the former mayor of New York, Rudolph Giuliani, and his son, Andrew.
