Designed to be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels, Heritage Isles supports five sets of tees. The championship layout plays 18 holes of magnificent golf for a par of 72. From the back tees, the course measures 6,976 yards with a course/slope rating of 73.2/132. While the par-3s of Heritage Isle are rumored to be the most challenging in Tampa, playing from any of the tees makes a challenging, yet fair, exhilarating golfing experience.

Perhaps the most notable hole is the signature No. 7, a double-dogleg par-5 that measures 558 yards and will separate the wheat from the chaff. This risk-reward hole will require strategy and execution; play it safe or take the pro’s suggestion and try the risk shot over the second dogleg for a possible eagle — the choice is yours. Another noteworthy hole is the par-4 No. 3 — which Azinger calls one of his top five holes — which features picturesque scenery and an ancient oak that blocks your path to the pin.
