Quarry Hills Country Club is a locally owned semi-private golf club that pushes to exceed the expectations of its guests both on and off the course. Apart from being recognized as one of the best event venues in the region, Quarry Hills also takes pride in its commitment to providing a quality golf experience and a helpful staff.
Though the club offers memberships for golf and other social events, the scenic 18-hole golf course is open for public play. Designed in 1969 by Ellis Maples — a protege of the great Donald Ross — the layout of Quarry Hills features a mix of both wide and narrow fairways all lined with mature trees. Aside from danger left and right, fairways are not protected by bunkers, allowing players to play aggressively off the tee. As is often the case in golf, the relative ease from the tee box is countered by tough approaches to small, well-protected greens. All in all, this 6,617-yard par-71 provides a balanced, tough-but-fair round typical of the era of its inception.
In addition to its beautiful course, Quarry Hills Country Club is also committed to providing all the amenities you need to get the most from your visit. There's a weekend beverage cart in addition to turn service from the SandTrap Grill, a full-service eatery adjacent to the lower patio and pro shop. The SandTrap Grill offers a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages every day of the week, so there's something for everyone here at Quarry Hills Country Club!
