Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club isn’t your typical development course or southern-state resort. Straddling an expansive 1,000-acre swath of some of Florida's most desirable golf property, the true beauty of this course shines through in its lush green fairways and elegantly sculpted ponds. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience, Magnolia Point lays out a track that’s worthy of your best.
Unfolding over 27 magnificent holes in Clay County, Magnolia Point has built the focal point of the resort around the course from the beginning. Designed by Mark McCumber, Magnolia Point was initially an 18-hole establishment upon its opening in 1987. Expanding on the same principles of design as the founding 18 holes, the course added an additional nine holes in 2004. Lined with majestic oaks and adorned with the fragrant flowers this course is so thoughtfully named after, Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club offers enthusiasts some of the best conditions you’ll ever experience.
Home to an abundance of wild turkeys, hawks, alligators, deer and the occasional bald eagle, these breathtaking grounds provide some of the most exciting golf you’ll find in all of Florida. The two original nines, "Blue" and "White," run across Bermuda grass to the tune of 3,374 yards and 3,530 yards, respectively, both with a par of 36. The newest addition, the “Red” course, adds an additional nine holes to the repertoire, perfectly capturing the design aesthetics of the existing courses. The Red course is a par-36 with 3,241 yards of golf.
With top-rated restaurants, swimming, tennis and practice facilities, Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club is the type of resort you’ll like to call home.
