Beacon Hill Golf Club is one of Oakland county's few upscale public golf facilities. This championship 18-hole course challenges golfers from five sets of finely manicured tees ranging from just over 4,500 yards at the forward tees to 6,681 yards from the black tees, for a course rating/slope of 71.9/140. Beautiful lakes and wetlands come in to play on several holes and act as a peaceful reminder of nature's beauty, but don’t let them fool you. Along with its fair share of strategically placed bunkers, Beacon Hill’s hazards are ready to consume whatever you throw at them. Rest assured, there are plenty of decent places to miss it if you don’t bring your "A" game that day.
Warm up and get loose with at their 300-yard marine driving range. There you will be able to make all your last minute adjustments before you head to the first tee.
And if things just don’t feel right no matter what you do, don’t be afraid to ask for help! The friendly PGA professional staff are more than qualified to fix your dreaded snap-hook. Different lesson packages are available so you can get things right before your shots start heading way left. If you feel like blaming it on the equipment, stop by the Top Line Pro Shop to stock up on all the necessities. There you will find a knowledgeable staff that can assist you with everything from equipment to booking your next golf outing or fundraiser.
The Banquet and Conference Center opened in May of 2002 and features a richly appointed banquet room with a spectacular panoramic view overlooking the last two finishing holes around a 30-acre private lake. The clubhouse is designed to accommodate all types of golf outings, weddings, banquets and corporate events. In 2005 a new Wedding Ceremony Site was added with tiered seating, giving guests a fabulous outdoor wedding experience.
