One of the most popular courses in the Orlando area, Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club's championship-style layout presents the perfect golf oasis for any player. Designed by renowned course architect Ted McAnlis, Ridgewood Lakes has a reputation as one of most well-kept and unique courses in the area – and with good reason. Expertly mixing playability with challenge, this 7,031-yard, par-72 layout will impress with smooth greens, newly-sanded bunkers, pristine tee boxes and a natural Florida landscape.
Named "Best New Course" by Golf Digest in 1994, Ridgewood's 73.3/140 course/slope-rated layout features plenty of water, mature trees, natural hazards and design intricacies that will challenge every club in your bag. The highlight of your round is sure to be the signature hole, No. 15. This par-3 hole, playing 185 yards from the back tees, shows off a gorgeous elevated tee box that forces players to hit their shot down to an undulated green surrounded by bunkers and water on the left side. One of the most challenging holes on the course, your club of choice can drastically change depending on the direction of the wind and position of the flagstick on the sloped green.
Before your round, Ridgewood's practice facility — with its full-service driving range as well as a chipping and putting area — is the perfect place to work on your swing mechanics and improve your game. After your round, toast your scores in the newly remodeled clubhouse. Featuring a full bar, delicious menu and several large TVs, the clubhouse offers a great atmosphere to relax and watch the big game.
As one of the "Top 30 Courses in Florida" — according to Florida Golf News — Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club's world-class facility is a playing experience you don't want to pass up.
