Though there are several drastic doglegs and lengthy tests throughout, water is by far the biggest challenge factor on the course. Forced carries are present on several holes, and straight tee shots are required throughout to keep from hooking or slicing into the drink. Pro Tip: If you want to shoot a low score on the day, make sure you approach the number-one-handicap 18th with special care and concentration. Playing over 530 yards from the back tees, this monster has water on the right to punish errant tee shots, and an extremely lengthy fairway that requires two big shots to even have a chance at making par. Finish strong through 18, and you may just walk away with a score you’ll be proud to share with your golfing buddies.
