Rustic Glen Golf Club
Picturesque views of Saline Valley are just one of the many reasons today's feature has earned a reputation as a local favorite: $18 for 18 Holes with Cart and Range Balls at Rustic Glen Golf Club in Saline ($45 Value. Good Any Time until July 1, 2017!)
Originally, Rustic Glen Golf Club was built as a nine-hole course. Then, in 1999, the land was completely redeveloped and molded into a full 18-hole layout by father-son design team Harley and Greg Hodges. Sitting on the edge of the Irish Hills just far enough from Ann Arbor, the "rustic" feeling stems from the area's rolling hills and lush landscape, making this course the perfect location to soak up that traditional Michigan parkland-style atmosphere.
The remodel has done wonders for the course. A new irrigation system has resulted in improved course conditions, which has in turn translated into a more enjoyable round for players. The newly re-imagined layout also added a variety of challenges and turned Rustic Glen into one of the county’s most beautiful. Perhaps the most notable hole in the design is No. 6, a 557-yard par-5 that also serves as the #1 handicap on the scorecard.
The 18-hole, par-72 course at Rustic Glen Golf Club meandering over the hills, putting up a total length of 6,469 yards. Mature trees line the fairways and quiet water features add a touch of serenity, putting the icing on this scenic cake. From the championship tees, the course has a course/slope rating of 71.6/113, and provides three additional sets of tees to make it a friendly round for golfers of all ages and skill levels.
Located in Saline, just a short drive from Ann Arbor, you'll find that Rustic Glen Golf Club provides exactly the kind of relaxing round you're looking for.
