Today’s feature course, Hunter’s Creek Golf & Country Club, has not two, but three nines designed by the great Tom Jackson, and is known throughout the Southeast as one of the Carolina’s best golfing experiences. If you’re looking for your next great round of 2015 – here it is!

From the moment you step out onto the first tee of any of the club’s three nines, you’ll be impressed with Hunter’s Creek’s unique hole layouts, exceptional conditions, and beautiful setting. The first nine, the Maple Course, is certainly a challenge to those whose errant shots frequently get wet. With several holes featuring forced tee shots over water, Maple rewards the player who can plan out their shots well, and execute accordingly. The second nine, the Oak Course, features significantly less water, but has tight fairways and several dramatic doglegs that will challenge your ability to keep your score low. The final nine, known as the Willow Course, is a great mix of plenty of water, tight tree-lined fairways, and several tee shots over hazards. The third hole is the Willow’s true test; although it only plays 199 yards from the back tees, the island green makes mishits truly costly.
