Playing just over 4,500 yards from the back set of tees, this par-62 gem and it’s challenging 18-hole layout are a shot-maker's paradise, providing ample opportunities to test your ability to keep it in play and perform under pressure. The tree-lined fairways require precise accuracy off of the tee, with many frequent visitors smartly preferring to lay up with a more consistent club rather than constantly pull out the driver.

Though it was originally opened for play in 1940, the course layout is refreshingly modern with several holes taking full advantage of the hills and valleys of the natural Pennsylvania countryside. The greens, though they vary in size, test not only your ability to keep your flat stick consistent, but also your ability to approach accurately thanks to the deep greenside bunkers that are common on just about every hole. Rated 59.9 and measuring a slope of 91 from the back tees, this one-of-a-kind course must be seen to believed – so what are you waiting for?
