Originally established in the mid-1950s as a simple 9-hole course, today’s feature course, Greer Country Club in Greer, has undergone several renovations throughout its lifetime – ultimately creating one of the finest 18-hole challenges in the Carolinas. Earning the title of a “shot-maker’s course” with individualized tests unique to each hole, this Bermuda-grass course makes the most of a clever design and beautiful surrounding landscape to create a golfing experience you won’t soon forget.

Playing just over 6,200 yards from the back set of tees (of which there are four), those aforementioned “shot makers” will need to learn to contend with areas of water (especially on the back nine) and cleverly placed sand bunkers if they want to shoot a low score on the day. The Diamond Zoysia putting surfaces are, too, exceptional, and must be approached with a careful and precise flat stick to avoid those dreaded and all-too-often heartbreaking three-putts.

Like the course itself, the Greer Country Club facility offers everything you need to enjoy your day of fun in a fine southern atmosphere. With a full selection of equipment and apparel and a knowledgeable staff, they have everything you need to take your game to the next step.
