Deal Features

This long par-72 measures up to over 7,000 yards from the tips and lays claim to some of the best greens in Ohio, which explains how course record-holder and 1999 British Open Champion Ben Curtis was able to fire off a score of 65, despite the distance!

Hemlock Springs Golf Club

Just a short drive from Cleveland, you'll find what is likely to become your new favorite course: Hemlock Springs Golf Club. Hemlock Springs is nestled in the rolling vineyards and covered bridges of Ashtabula County and offers stunningly beautiful landscaping and some wicked challenges. And now, with continuous cart paths, a remodeled clubhouse serving breakfast and lunch and the renovated driving range; Hemlock Springs is simply a great time, every time which has earned it a 3½-star rating from Golf Digest.

The landscaping changes on the course just like the shots do, so dust off some of those clubs you never use. There will be no chance to get bored, especially in the back nine, where you will find the famous "Amen Corner Midwest." Challenges await you at every turn—like on No. 13, where water lurks just outside the right side of the landing area of a blind tee shot. These four holes (No.s 10-13) are as fine as any four back-to-back golf holes you will ever play!

Hemlock Springs Golf Club was designed by Ben Zink and opened in 1961. This challenging course offers four sets of tees to manage the difficulty of a longer course, which measures just under 7,000 yards with a slope rating of 129 from the tips, down to 5,453 yards with a slope rating of 116 from the front tees. This par-72 course has some of the best greens around, which probably helped 1999 British Open Champion Ben Curtis to achieve the course record at 65 strokes.

So grab your clubs and we’ll see you on "Amen Corner Midwest" at Hemlock Springs Golf Club!
