Built in 1963 and playing just under 6,400 yards from the back set of tees, the Greenview Course is both the older and the longer of the two courses at the Country Club. Though the Hal Purdy design offers many memorable holes, it’s the par-3 11th that might be the most significant thanks to its island-style green and tougher-than-it-looks playing style.

In contrast to the Greenview Course, the Valley Course, built in the early 80s and designed by the appropriately named Glenn Green, only plays just over 5,800 yards. Though it may seem on the surface to be an easily manageable course, don’t be fooled - plenty of challenge awaits among the layout’s many forced carries and tight landing areas.

Though each of the two courses offer their own unique takes on New York parkland-style golf, you’ll find that what unites them as one facility is just as important. On both courses you’ll not only get great conditions, but also consistent elevation changes, the foreboding presence of ponds and other water features, and absolutely stunning scenic vistas that give you the same sense of awe as browsing the pictures in your favorite golf magazine.
