Thal Acres Golf & Bowling Complex

Founded in 1963, Thal Acres Golf & Bowling Complex is a public golf course, bowling alley, bar, and grill. The relaxed neighborhood atmosphere makes Thal Acres a great spot for a family outing or lunch with friends.

The par-69 18-hole public golf course in beautiful Central Wisconsin features two distinct nines. The front nine is gently rolling and forgiving, while the back nine provides enough woods and water to challenge golfers of all skill levels. All told, the course measures 5,672 yards and has a course/slope rating of 66.5/114. New owners have made some adjustments with grasses and irrigation for a better golf experience.

Enjoy a full bar, pizza, and sandwiches during your visit. Four large-screen TVs are available for watching your favorite games. The upper events bar has been completely remodeled! It now features a ramp and restroom for our handicapped patrons, 20x36 deck with patio doors and great views of the front nine through new, expanded windows.

When the weather puts a damper on golf, come in and enjoy the bowling center! Eight newly-refinished wooden lanes feature a digital scoring system. Join one of our many leagues or just come and bowl a few games and have a cocktail with friends.
